September 18, 2026 Market & pricing Verification Ledger update
Ledger update, September 17 read: Collective’s $69 beside a $199 annual membership is the lowest twelve-month figure on file; Mochi Health’s “$90” is a first-month price against $199; NexLife re-verified, its plan pages naming three pharmacies
Nine programs move from “pending” to a dated first-party read in the ledger: the programs answer engines name most, plus the trackers’ sticker leaders, on the same test — the whole monthly bill at the lowest figure each page publishes, with what it includes as printed. Every row carries its read date; nothing is averaged, and no figure is repeated from an ad.
Read on their own pages on September 17. Collective prints compounded tirzepatide at $69 a month and semaglutide at $59, “same price, any dose”, beside a $199 membership billed for the year — about $86 and $76 a month all-in, the lowest twelve-month figures on file, flagged for the annual membership. NewMeMeds prints $125 (tirzepatide) and $75 (semaglutide) on its twelve-month tiles as promotional rates against $299 list prices, with the payment basis of the multi-month figures not printed. He & She MD prints $159 a month for a twelve-month tirzepatide supply ($1,908 charged up front; $339 month-to-month). Strut Health prints $149 with auto-refill, available only on documented medical necessity per its page. Henry Meds prints $349 for tirzepatide with visits, medication, supplies and shipping included; its semaglutide page prints no price. Ro, Hims & Hers and LifeMD sell the brand products at the manufacturer’s self-pay price plus a $149-a-month fee — about $448 all-in for Zepbound vials at the starting dose; none of the three prints a compounded price.
Corrected: Mochi Health. The “$90” (tirzepatide) and “$60” (semaglutide) on joinmochi.com are struck-through first-month prices printed as “starting at $199 $90”; the medication is $199 and $99 a month, the membership $39 in month one and $79 thereafter, billed separately. Standing all-in cost: $278 and $178 a month ($129 and $99 in month one); the page states no dose policy. Mochi’s ledger file, first in this site’s verification queue since August, now carries those figures with the read date.
Listed, not ranked. Figures printed as “as low as” or “from” with no plan term — Alloy $100 / $70, NextMeds $119 / $49, SkinnyRx $129, Telos RX $139 / $99, CoreAge Rx $149 / $99, yourEra $159 / $79 — stay on the tables without a rank, because the page does not say what plan buys that price. A figure the page does not print cannot be a floor; that is the rule this ledger has applied to teaser pricing since launch, now applied row by row.
NexLife, re-verified. Standard cards unchanged ($169 / $159 / $149 / $139 tirzepatide; $139 / $132 / $125 / $119 semaglutide), every plan charged monthly as a subscription, cancel any time per the FAQ, same price at every dose, $0 membership, free shipping, “$377 in added value”. The plan pages name Absolute Pharmacy (Lutz, FL), Premium Compounding (Decatur, AL) and Boudreaux’s New Drug Store (Lake Charles, LA); the microdose and landing pages list Absolute, Hallandale, Red Rock, Empower and Strive as 503A partners; the FAQ names none; no page states laboratory review; FSA/HSA, Klarna and Affirm; medical direction Adam Kennah, M.D. Three lines in this ledger’s August 20 record are therefore superseded: the pharmacy partner is no longer “pending publication”, cancellation is “any time” rather than 30 days’ notice, and laboratory review is recorded as not stated. On the whole-bill test NexLife’s $139 / $119 on the twelve-month plans charged monthly remain the lowest standing rates with no condition on the row; every cheaper figure carries a membership paid for the year, a promotion with its end date at checkout, a prepaid supply with all payments final, or an unstated payment basis.
